Jim managed to grab one of the cookies even with her attempts at semi tackling him. He shoved the cookie in his mouth which meant he wasn't going to get a chance to laugh at the whole display they'd just put on.

And he had his hands free to try and catch himself if she managed to get him off balance at all.
