Northern Europe, since Xander's attention was luckily still on the game... folded like a house of cards, given the whole 2 armies stationed on it.

So... mostly 'luckily' is used in the sense of 'nobody had to shove another elbow into Xander's side to get him to play.'

Anakin smiled as he moved his armies into Northern Europe and Egypt, then pushed forward.

Into East Africa and India.

Hello, Aeryn. He wanted that back.

Bridge somehow manages to roll high enough to hold off Anakin's invasion.

And when Aeryn sees she still has a hold on India, she smiles at Anakin and says, "Mine."

Anakin was still staring at Bridge, brow furrowed.

"You seem to be having quite a touch on those dice tonight," he said.

Bridge blinks at Anakin. "What?" he asks quizically.

"You haven't lost a throw," Anakin clarified. "The odds on that are a little on the astronomical side of things."

"Huh," Bridge frowns. "Just lucky, I guess."

"No such thing as luck," Anakin muttered, shooting Bridge a sharp look, but letting the matter drop.

He began re-evaluating his plan for world dominance to avoid Bridge-controlled areas.
