Dorm hallways, around lunchtime

Bel was skulking. He was too restless to stay caged in his room, but he didn't want to hang out in a common room like this, either. So he skulked, roaming the hallways, trying to avoid people, pausing every five minutes to try to force himself back into human form. So far, no luck.

This sucked.

"Not much of a bad ass if he got chopped in half," Bel said. "He doesn't sound so tough to me."

"He killed a Jedi Master before Obi-Wan got to him," Anakin stated flatly. "One of the best ever produced by the Order. The Sith are a terror. The terror. They have the power to destroy and reorganize the galaxy and not the slightest bit of conscience."

His eyes stared out at nothing. "Be grateful if you never meet one."

Bel shrugged. "Once upon a time he might've been my kind of person," he said. "Not anymore, though."

Anakin shrugged back. "Once upon a time, he probably would've killed you and not noticed. But now he's an ex-Sith." He barked out a laugh. "If only we could get rid of the other one as easily."

"Yeah, keep underestimating me," Bel said, rolling his eyes. "It's kinda funny. I'm not that easy to kill."

"Nothing personal," Anakin replied. "The Sith give Jedi nightmares, and our missions routinely send two of us out against entire armies. Darth Maul was evil and an expert with a lightsaber. Not a great combination."
