Second Floor Common Room, a little after noon

Parker was talking as she entered the common room. "And this is the Second Floor Common Room, which is the best, of course. Anyone will tell you that. It got blown up once, but then it was fixed."

She flipped on the TV set and started looking for Smile Time or a monster movie.

And possibly other students to inflict wee tiny grown ups on.

Isabel was oddly afraid of what he was going to find. Remembering something she'd spotted the last time she did laundry, she ran quickly to the laundry room and returned with a slightly dusty box from the last time a washer had been replaced. "Jarod, look what I found!" she called to him.

"Yay, box!" Jarod bounced up and down and clapped. Except now the box kind of looked like a racecar.
