You're the best of the best because Blue Team has no time for losers or people who trip over their shoelaces while running which now that I think about it would probably fall under the 'loser' heading but either way double check your shoes and maybe tie one of those double knots to be on the safe side.
"Today I want to see you give 100%! Because on our team we rule at flag football but also at math and we know that 110% is a stupid phrase because once you have 100% you have covered the full amount which is the point of 100% and anyone who says otherwise deserves to have wet sponges flung at their heads.
"So do your best! Play hard! Stretch so you don't go all crampy! Score goals if you're on offense! Be big and imposing if you're on defense! Don't rule out trying to trip people so long as you don't get caught! Any slackers will be made to give me twenty! I'm not sure twenty of what yet but I'm told this is the thing to give! Failure is not an option! Please hit the bathroom now if you need to go because you can't call a time out for it later! I read that in the rulebook! Be the best Blue Team that you can be, YAY!!!
