Crush party!- 6th floor common room- Friday night

Today was a busy one, and as soon as the play was over it was time to dash back to the dorms to make all the last-minute touch-ups for the party. It was as beachified as someplace in the dorms could be, there were plenty of (non-alcoholic) tropical drinks, and glitter everywhere.

Glitter, sand, totally the same thing.

And, Annie decided, considering the rampant "Do you want to go to the party?" happening last night, it was probably a good thing they hadn't gone the bouncer route.


[OCD going up! If you want to come and haven't received an invitation, totally feel free to say Annie tracked you down and invited you. So, technically open to all! *nods*]

"Oh, no. As far as I'm concerned, glitter is a deterrent against going someplace," Bruce said. "I'll only risk it if the company is exceptional."

Bruce gave a slight smile. "Fortunately, that seems to be the case here."

"Nice to know we're worth braving a ton of glitter," Hanna said, grinning. It was everywhere. "Now I'm thinking that is an ego boost."

"Then the compliment hit its mark," Bruce said. "Actually, this seems like a great party, so all of you really should be proud. I won't even suggest less glitter next time. I've been in Fandom long enough to know that will never happen."

"Even I know that and I've only been here half a year," Hanna said. She glanced toward the sandy decor. "And I totally worked hard on that section of fake sand over there."

"Too bad. It could have been amazing," Bruce said. "But it probably would have driven you insane trying to keep glitter in a neat pile, and you're much more fun sane."
