Third Floor Common Room; Monday Morning [07/01].
Wayne was very pleased to find that everything seemed to be as he left it in the fridge for breakfast this morning; in general, he'd been using that consistency as a guage for what kind of week they'd be having, though he knew it wasn't exactly a perfect method. It seemed good enough, anyway, to indicate that he'd at the very least have a good Monday, and he figured, around here, that was pert'near all you could ask for.
He wound up with another Monday without classes for this session, too, so he was ready to get up, check his fights on hockeyfights.com, and then get at 'er, sticking with the usual breakfast fare of pancakes and eggs and bacon and coffee and juice because, 'round here, it felt good to just sort of stick with something consistent when you could, since who knew what he'd have to go and improvise with the next week?
So far? So good.
[[ wayne is very upset with me right now because I seriously almost forgot about this this morning, lol. Open breakfast is open, as always! Come and get it! ]]

Nina might be in a little bit of a good mood today. Little bit.
She bounced in, shedding glitter in her wake (glitter was a heck of a lot harder to get rid of when one had hair) but, rather than being upset about it, she was basically radiant.

"Nina! How are ya now?"
Besides glittery.

She'd be worried about that later. Right now she was still stuck on the happy fact that both her most important people were back on the island. Bliss.
"How are you???????????"

He did frown a bit, though. "Why would the bushes be laughin' at us?" he had to wonder, wishing he could just assume it was some critter in them that sounded like it laughed, but he was starting to know better'n that around here.

Who knew what that meant for the rest of the week, though...

Which he, very obviously, in the way his eyes squinted, was not.
In case she didn't know that yet.

Not that she, like, minded, now that she knew who had done it, but...

She was going to prank him back so hard, eventually, but mobbing him with hugs was first on the list!
"Prompto's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" she sang, taking a seat. "He, like, glitter bombed us after we got back from the wedding yesterday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
She'd... she'd mind a lot more if that didn't mean he was back and thus all was well in Nina's world.

Flirting with her?
Owen, she could, like, buy having been flirting with her, but Prompto?
She laughed.
"He wouldn't," she said, and it bugged her, but not nearly as much as it had, just left her feeling sort of wistful. "He, like, totally doesn't like me that way and he's super hung up on his girlfriend!!!!!!!!!!!! But, yeah, he's the one with the blond hair that was at the onsen party!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
no subject
"Coulda fooled me," he murmured, feeling it at least needed to be said before he asked, "So....what'd you do to deserve gettin'...." He almost didn't even want to say it, "....glitterbombed?"

With a shake of her head, and, well, there was glitter in her breakfast now. Oops. That... wasn't going to stop her from eating though.
"Like, I'm not quite sure," she said, since now that she thought about it, she really wasn't sure. It had just seemed, like, something to accept that Prompto had done. "Um, possibly the free pizza Vette and I sent him back home?????????????"
no subject
"Why would he glitterbomb you over free pizza?" Wayne asked. "What'd you two do to it?"

"That sounds about right," she said, nibbling on a pancake. "Like, and maybe because he was back and letting us know that too?????????????"

"No, he's got a phone too??????????"
