School Grounds, Wednesday afternoon
After the two boys were handwavily gremlin bit earlier in Chris' room, Jack Johnny and Ennis Chris headed outdoors to get to work and do what need's doin' to gather the herd and keep 'em secure on Crackback Mountain.
It was just that Johnny was a bit confused and glancin' over at Chris told him that the ranch hand was pretty much in the same boat.
"Ah, hell, Chris, I don't be seein' them heffer's 'round, do you? And the good Lord strike me dead if this here be Crackback Mountain. I'll be a yankee sumbitch if these here hills be called mountains."
Hands on hips, he glared at the ground.
"You thinkin' real hard over there or are you just as confused as I am?"
[ooc: Chris and Johnny have been, with permission, gremlin bit that was handwavily done. Welcome to Brokeback Mountain, Fandom style. Woot! Feel free to notice, gander, or just plain wtf at the boys.]

Even more fortunately, he'd also taken Zero's constant admonishments about documenting events to heart, and happened to have his video camera on him.
He sat down comfortably on the Glider with popcorn in lap and camera in hand, grinning. A lot.
And yes, the camera was running.

Needless to say the curious spectacle that two of his students were making of themselves caused him to stop and look at them.
"This is different," he said to himself.

handwavyPerk run. He raised his eyebrow as he saw Chris and Johnny, dressed as cowboys. Consciously thickening his lilt as much as humanly possible, he smiled at the two and said, "Good afternoon. Fine day, isn't it?" Innocent enough if they were just dressed up for something, but innocuous enough if they really thought they were cowboys for some reason.Around Fandom? Not entirely unlikely.

avoiding Inorunning through some basic training, but had to pause when he saw the two guys in cowboy hats. "Are you lost?" He called down helpfully to them from his tree.no subject

She climbed a tree and started filming. She planned to follow them all night to see what mischief they were to get into.
